Most of us didn't know he had even arrived so we all left for the studio pretty early that morning without him. Ralph ended up sleeping through his alarm and arrived late to the studio while we were playing around with this musical arrangement Alvin Lee of the Lee Boys had been riffing on.  Ralph heard this as he was walking into the studio and came into the room singing \"Wake Me Up, Don't let me sleep too long, because I don't want to miss what's going on\" It instantly stuck and Belita started singing along.  Belita had always wanted to be on a \"Country\" song so this was a very special moment for her.  She would call Ralph \"Mr. Song\" in her voice that would instantly bring a smile to your face when you heard it.
